Heap is a mid-sized B2B company with the vision to build a better digital world. The product makes it easy to understand and improve digital experiences.

At Heap, I served as the only full-time marketing designer. I defined, evolved, and iterated on brand strategy. We partnered with the agency Fictive Kin to rebrand and establish a core logo, font, and color system. I led the execution across all touchpoints (including web, integrated campaigns, content, and events). To scale the work, I hired and managed a small design team. In addition to reviewing their work, I developed a suite of brand templates and documentation to help ensure consistent output.
